Dinner at CIC

Location and Information

The buffet dinner at the CIC will be held in the Chart Room which is not what the photograph shows above.  The get together will start as early as 4:30 pm so that those disembarking from the afternoon Gemini charter can proceed immediately to the Chart Room to get together prior to the serving of the buffet dinner.  Reservations are needed because the CIC needs to know how many tables to set and how much food to prepare.

Payment and Cancellations

A payment by cash or check, made payable to (Mark Hablitzel) of $25.00 will be requested as soon as you enter the Chart Room.  We apologize in advance but because most of these events are being sponsored by alumni volunteers; it means we are not set up to accept payments by credit card.  A reservations cutoff date of September 8 may be enforced so that the CIC can order the proper amount of food.  There is no penalty for last minute cancellations except that we request you notify us of any cancellation so that the CIC can plan accordingly. 

Privacy

We share alumni contact information with other alumni as a way to help old friends connect.  If you don’t want your contact information shared then please check NO in the privacy section of the reservation.

The reservation form has been deleted

because we are past the date of the event.

We can accept cash and checks but we cannot accept credit card payments except for golfing at the CIC and the Jet Express Islands Tour.  Photographs showing some of the highlights from the 2018 Alumni Weekend can be viewed at this site.
